Managing Director
Paula is an executive leader with over 20 years' experience advising boards, founders and leadership teams through periods of growth, transformation and organisational change.
Her career spans executive leadership roles across international education, healthcare, housing, engineering, charities, technology and professional services, where she has led strategy, governance, finance and operational transformation.
She works directly with organisations to strengthen decision-making, improve performance and build resilient businesses through practical executive leadership and a network of strong partners across the back office.
