AVOR is an independent executive advisory practice providing strategy, operations and governance services to founders, executives, boards and leadership teams across Ghana, the United Kingdom and Africa. All substantive advice, recommendations and client deliverables are reviewed and approved by AVOR before being provided. We do not input identifiable client data into public AI tools without explicit consent.

9. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary. Key retention periods include:

  • Client advisory and engagement files: six years after engagement ends
  • Governance and board advisory records: six years
  • Financial and tax-related records: six years
  • AML and identity verification records: five years after end of business relationship
  • Website enquiry and contact records: two years from last contact
  • Business development pipeline records: 12 months from last contact if no engagement follows
  • Marketing and communications data: until consent is withdrawn or no longer required
